At Realestateuno we make it easier for you to find your next client.
There is no need to register any details with us.
Our listings include people who are looking to sell or lease their property.
Details provided include: state, suburb, type of property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, time to sell, and estimated selling time.
Unlike other sites, we do not come between you and your next prospective client. You are free to make contact with as many prospective clients as you want. You have the option to submit your proposal as an agent or an agency. You can also submit attachments and video. We encourage the use of video as part of your response. We are building a gallery of videos over time.
Step 2. Submit your proposal and/or video
There is no cost to you to submit a proposal to a prospective vendor or landlord.
We do not disclose vendors details as we want them to contact you after you have submitted your proposal.
We advise that you ensure any specific questions are answered. We do not vet your response and proposal.
We will pass what you supply us on to the vendor or landlord. We do not favour one agent over another.
We encourage you to also submit a short five-to-eight minute video. These will be posted in our video gallery.
Step 3. Close the deal once a vendor responds to you
The final step is to close the deal with the prospective client.
There is nothing standing between you and the next deal.
We do not refer specific agents or agencies to clients based on criteria. We do not sift through your previous sales and rank you in any way. We also do not favor one agent or agency over another. And we do not vet a customer’s specific requirements or needs or pre qualify their intentions and or motivation to sell or lease.
At Realestateuno we are facilitating and encouraging agents and agencies to provide a video response. As part of a vendor’s request for a proposal from you they can list up to three questions they would like answered. We encourage agents to address these questions if asked.
We also encourage you to prepare a video response. This can provide your prospective client with greater insight into who will be selling their property.
Our process is unique in a number of ways. Firstly, there is no middleman between you and your next client. We are not a vendor advocacy service. By not acting as a middleman, we do not influence the vendor’s decision.
Other service providers review publicly available information based on sales and customer reviews and present this to the sellers. While a profile is a good thing to have together with ratings and reviews, this is only part of what makes you different to other agents.
Our fee is fixed at $650 plus GST no matter what the property is sold for. The fee is payable upon settlement.

Setting up your profile
Establishing a profile is the first way to introduce yourself and your agency to prospective vendors, purchasers, and landlords.
At Realestateuno we offer you the opportunity to set up a profile with us. We offer a range of service levels at different price points.
A basic profile is free. It is easy to upgrade to a premium profile for a one time fee at $55 plus GST.
We also offer a featured listing, which ranks you higher in the listing.

Realestateuno is establishing a database of people looking to buy or rent property.
Our purchaser database provides details of what they are looking to buy and includes; state, suburb, type of property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, price range and estimated time to purchase.
