Finding a mortgage broker - how does it work?
Finding the right mortgage broker can make a big difference to the interest, fees and charges you end up paying.
Receive proposals from mortgage brokers in three simple steps.
Step 1. Complete a few simple questions with our online form. You will be asked to complete details about your property including; state, suburb, type of property, estimated loan amount, and when you need the loan approved.
Step 2. We list this information on our site for mortgage brokers who can then make contact with you via email. While personal details are provided in step one, these are not listed on the site. Mortgage brokers will then email you with their proposal and/or video response. We do not vet proposals nor do we refer to any specific mortgage brokers.
Step 3. Respond to the mortgage brokers you wish to discuss your finance requirements with. We also provide the opportunity to ask a few questions upfront. We believe this will help you find the right mortgage broker for you. Armed with this information, you can go into the first meeting with the mortgage broker with greater confidence and knowledge.
